Remember making samples for our Russian customers last month? On April 10th, we have completed the production of all 11 wire harness samples, ready to be sent to the customer's Hong Kong freight forwarder.

Customers asked if they could get masks from China. Kehan was very willing to help our customers and wanted to send him 200 masks for free along with the goods.
But before the shipment, our delivery staff forgot to change the information, indicating that the package contains a mask.
and our freight forwarder did not tell Hong Kong that import masks are prohibited.

This is really frustrating, the parcel was detained when it arrived at the customs, and it could not be taken back together with our wire harness.

The customer's delivery time is very tight, our manager immediately decided to make samples for the customer again! Within the time acceptable to the client, we do our best to complete!

There are several imported materials from TE and Molex, which are not easy to get. The delivery time is very long. We asked all suppliers.We are really anxious and worried that the customer's delivery time will be too late, so we do anything we can make first, such as cutting the wires and building the terminals and housings what we have.

On the 11th, the rest of the materials came together. Before 7 p.m. that day, we completed the production and electrical testing, and the packaging them on the second day ready for shipment.
The customer is also surprised by our speed and appreciate our help. After all, he is also looking for masks for their company and does not want to cause any damage.
